Why was the list created?

Thanks to overwhelming fan support, Canucks ticket packages continue to be sold out. The BLUE LINE was created to provide an organized and fair process for fans to have access to Canucks ticket packages should they come available.

How do I join the BLUE LINE?

Please call our office at 604.899.GOAL (4625) or toll-free at 1.855.523.6800 during regular business hours. An initial $150 per seat deposit will be charged per account and applied to any future ticket package purchases. Additionally, a $50 membership fee will be charged per account annually.

Is there a limit to the number of seats I may purchase?

The current maximum number of seats permitted to each BLUE LINE account is four seats.

What is the deposit charge?

A $150 per seat deposit is charged upon initial registration to join the BLUE LINE. This deposit is applied to your ticket package when you exercise your opportunity to purchase. The deposit is non-refundable.

What is the membership fee?

A $50 membership fee is charged annually on active accounts to ensure continued interest and to provide customer service to BLUE LINE clients. In addition, Blue Line members receive annual benefits and will build partial credit towards the eventual purchase of Canucks ticket packages.

Why do I have to pay to be on the list?

The fees are required to confirm the interest that members have in purchasing ticket packages. It also acts as installments towards Canucks ticket packages.

Why are the deposits and fees non-refundable?

The non-refundable deposit and annual membership fees are to ensure that those on the BLUE LINE are fully committed and genuinely interested in purchasing Canucks ticket packages when they become available. It is also to discourage anyone from joining the BLUE LINE just to take advantage of the benefits and occupying a priority spot on the list.

How long will it take to get Canucks ticket packages?

The number of ticket packages that become available to BLUE LINE members annually will, of course, depend upon the rate at which current Canucks Ticket Holders renew. Although we cannot tell you how long it will take to receive access to seats, we can keep you informed of your progress through the Blue Line.

Can I remove my name from the list?

You can remove your name from the BLUE LINE at any time, however, any deposits and fees already paid are non-refundable.

Can I transfer my BLUE LINE priority position to someone else?

Your priority number will be attached to a ticket account opened in your name and will be subject to all the regulations pertaining to the use of tickets. As such, the transferring of accounts is not permitted.
