Director, Client Service & Ticket Operations
As the Director of Client Service & Ticket Operations for Canucks Sports & Entertainment Mary Nagy is responsible for all initiatives that support ticketing including enhancing customer service levels and fan experience, managing the Client Service & Ticket Operations Team and overseeing the retention and expansion of the Canucks fan base through renewal campaigns and Blue Line and Prime Seat Club memberships. Nagy has helped drive many successful ticketing and marketing campaigns for the Vancouver Grizzlies, Vancouver Canucks and other tenants including the IIHF World Junior Championship in 2005.
Nagy began her career with Orca Bay Sports & Entertainment in 1997 as an Event Host. In 1998 she was hired as an Office Assistant in the Sales & Service Department and moved into operational and management roles within the department leading to her current role as Director with Canucks Sports & Entertainment. Nagy graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in organic chemistry and microbiology.
Nagy plays basketball, volleyball, tennis and golf and is also a big movie buff, especially for action flicks and romantic comedies. She enjoys watching reality TV and the Food Network.
